If your website is still being developed you can email for all support requests. Once our website has launched please open a support ticket for all future support requests.
There are a number of options available for ongoing support:
- One-off, charged at our hourly rate (rounded to 30 mins)
- Maintenance package of pre-paid hours (rounded to 15 min)
- Monthly retainer tailored to your specific requirements
Example: If you open a support issue and it takes 5 minutes.
- The once-off option would charge for 15 mins
- The Package option would use 5 mins of your time
